We currently have the following immediate openings in Shanghai:
Software Engineer, GUI Development
Candidate will be involved in all phases of
development of the GUI which is used to verify
design in EDA tools.
The candidate will contribute to all phases of
the product development process including
requirements/usability analysis, specification,
design, implementation, test and maintenance.
Challenges include visualization and editing of
very large data sets, tying design information
into a unified GUI,
development of reusable software components,
and defining an easy-to-use interface for a
complex tool set and process flow.
Candidate must be intelligent and motivated
team player with a track record of implementing
high quality solutions to challenging problems.
2 years or more experience in object oriented GUI
development on Linux.
Working knowledge of C++/C and OOD is a must.
Knowledge of leading graphical programming environments is
preferred. Experience with scripting languages
, IC design, verification and EDA tools is a plus.
MS/BS or higher in CS/EE.
Administration Assistant
This is a very challenging position in such a highly dynamic and
competitive environment where working over-time is a typical phenomena. The
candidate needs to be very good at both English (written as well as verbal) and
Chinese, needs to be very familiar with word processing software as well as other office administration software,
needs to have very good
typing skills (speed plus accuracy); needs to have enough experiences on phone
and e-mail screening/handling, fax and copier handling, meeting/agenda
scheduling and resource allocation among other logistical issues.
Backgrounds/experiences on accounting, legal, marketing, sales are a plus. A BS
degree on relevant major is a must.
Internet Software Engineer, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) based Technology
Should have enough experience on Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP.
Experience on leading OS platform-based application development is a plus. MS on CS/EE with at least 1 year of
industry experiences, or a BS on CS/EE with at least 4 years of industry
experiences
Intra-net Software Engineer
Should be very good at leading programming languages, such as C, C++, Java. Experience on J2EE, .Net is a plus,
Enough experience on SW Engineering, such as version control, bug tracking, performance turning, code refactoring,
reliability/functional/performance testing, maintenance and release procedure;
Very good at OOD; need to have experiences on performing QA duties such as test
scripting; needs to have experiences on reengineering on legacy
systems; needs to have experiences on leading OSs; knowledge on leading databases is a must
Experience on design specification is a plus. MS on CS/EE or BS on CS/EE with
at least 1 year of industry experiences
Software Test Engineers
. BS/MS degree in CS/EE or equivalent
. Good command of good written English
. Familiar with the testing methodology, process and tools, familiar with leading OS and leading databases
. Have good communication capability, strong team-work spirit, and self-learning capability
. Passion in testing, strong responsibility and flexibility under high stress, and be willing to do routine jobs

English Writer
The successful candidate will support the proposal efforts of the office through the
coordination and production of proposals, statements of qualification,
and marketing materials alike. Writing skills are critical, including the ability to
proofread, edit, and rewrite to strongly convey themes.
Under general direction you will analyze and interpret technical information
in order to compose manuals, proposals, brochures, reports and presentations.
Individual must have strong communication skills in order to interface
with customers and employees to determine needs and design appropriate text.
Past experience in the information Technology field is a plus instead of a requirement.
- Individual will responsible for all aspects of proposal creation with minimal technical input and direction.
- Individual will be responsible for the creation of a Compliance Matrix prior to each write-up effort.
- Individual will be responsible for the creation of a Capabilities Matrix prior to each write-up effort.
- Selects appropriate formats, develops detailed outlines and graphics and writes text. Provides editing assistance and revises existing documentation as needed.
- Individual must have strong communication skills. Individual will interface with customers and employees to determine needs appropriate text.
- Conducts research of technical and business materials (both online and off-line) to increase understanding of document requirements.
